Privacy policy

What we collect
- Who you are: the name, email and account id your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, GitHub, Facebook, LinkedIn) or email link gives us.
- What you record: the trades you mark as taken or skipped, their outcomes, your account size if you enter it, your theme and email choices, and any votes.
- Basic logs: request times and errors, kept to run and fix the service.
What we never collect
- Broker logins or access to your brokerage account.
- Card numbers. When paid plans start, Stripe holds payment details; we only see that a payment worked.
Who processes it for us
- Google Cloud: hosting and the database (USA).
- Stripe: payments, once paid plans start.
- Gmail or SendGrid: sending email.
- The AI assistant you connect, if you connect one, sees only what you ask it to read.
We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, it's scheduled for 7 days (so you can change your mind), then your trades, sign-in methods and settings are erased. Server logs roll off after 30 days.
Your controls
- Export: Settings → Account → Download my data gives you everything in JSON.
- Delete: Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Email: every email has an unsubscribe link, and Settings lets you choose which ones you get.
